We stayed over Easter in this hotel. The location is good, a few minutes walk from the subway 'Schlump' easy to reach, in the city but also on foot in around 20 minutes quite good to walk. The hotel lies directly at a busy street, with the window closed cares however no further. The breakfast is delicious and rich. Our room on the eighth floor was big enough and also the bathroom. The general condition of Mercure fair is for a short break in Hamburg suitable. The rooms are for the price very small. But everything is very clean and relatively modern. The food in the restaurant is very recommendable. The staff from the reception to the barkeeper is very friendly. Read more

I had the room as a single room. For a person is size of the room, the bathroom and the wardrobe adequate with 2 people in it would be for me personally a bit too small.
next underground station 8 minutes on foot you are in about 10 minutes on main station.
