For the umpteenth time I am now to this hotel dangers. This time it went back with a few friends to a home game of Hamburg
On the check in we were attentive and friendly service. The lobby area is attractive and designed quite openly, there is a direct entrance to the restaurant.
The rooms were not too big, but the needs of 1-day stay grown. Everything was very clean. The bathroom had a good size and you can all own toiletries accommodate.
The Imtech arena or O2 world ( directly opposite the Imtech arena) in around 15 minutes away on foot... Read more

a very child-friendly hotel. The staff you can get a 1 with star useless. Another plus point is the free parking in the underground car park. Our car stood from the first day to the last day! The breakfast is plentiful, everything your heart desires! After a long Stadtbesichtigungstag you could sauna, as well as the pool (, although small ) much enjoy. A very families and pet friendly hotel, you without bad conscience recommend not only can, but must instead. Some things we could because of the current renovation work not evaluate WZB the pool, but everything else exceeded all of our expectations, and everyone affordable prices. The hotel has the Charme of earlier nineties. Everything is clean, the service is perfect, but the furnishing is already getting old apart from the beds. I chalk that up on this occasion but not bad, since from November the house anyway completely renovated and converted in a four stars hotel is Mercure. The breakfast is spectacular... It is again and again filled up. The staff in the breakfast room was very attentive and very friendly (used plates are no longer were used, were cleared immediately)!
The room is with two children adequate, but lacked storage space for hanging clothes on (there is only one bar with about seven hangers available and darrüber a small space. For socks etc. are drawers available. Another cabinet was unfortunately with blankets etc. besieged.
The bathroom was clean, but a renovation would not hurt.
