I thought, why the Mercure city center as four star hotel functions, I found:
it is located on the street, the alarm clock saved; at the front desk, the person above the mouth and so avoids unnecessary discussion; at the stairs at the entrance, the dragged the luggage without using a fitness studio superfluous make; to the practical shower curtain, the long showers unattractive stay so that will contribute to water conservation; the two towels in the bathroom; the breakfast price for 17,00 euros, a choking on every bite so fantastic with th... I would stay because of the great central location in this hotel again at any time. It is a stone's throw away from the pedestrian zone, can stroll along the bahnhofstrasse in the old part of town and spend a nice evening. Opposite the hotel is a large new shopping center, where you can get snacks to eat. Transportation to and from the hotel is as already described horrible. For a four star hotel the room was quite small and not attractively furnished. Tv old type available. Make sure, that the room was not facing the highway beach chairs, since high noise level. Rooms at the front of the hotel a bit quieter. Unfortunately the bar was not open the evening, we sat in the foyer and the service experienced every guest with.
