The condition of the hotel is, with the exception of the reception staff very 'tired' and it needs a renovation! The decoration of the bath was very old fashioned and therefore not anymore! The location of the hotel was perfect for our stopover before the later Europe-ideal! The hotel offers a (very recommendable) shuttle service to and from the airport, we would like to be. The breakfast buffets were partly. unfortunately only lukewarm. The dinner was OK, but much too expensive! Read more

Type. Mercure in a good sense. Is close to the two airports, had an early flight the next day from domestic and booked this hotel.
We arrived early evening after delivering a rental vehicle on the domestic airport and hotel shuttle (6.-AUD per person and way) to the hotel. Shuttle worked well both at the hotel, as well as the next morning to the airport. Was not booked.
Rooms are large, clean, fully equipped. The staff was competent, friendly, helpful. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant in buffet form, each varied, and of good quality.... Read more

We booked this hotel for one night after a long flight from Frankfurt. The transfer from the airport took five minutes. There are plenty of taxis at the airport (10 austr. Dollar). The booked shuttle on the homepage of the hotel didn't work. The check-in went quickly and uncomplicated. All the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and modern. The hotel does not look very inviting. Inside it is nicely furnished, everything is clean and tidy.
The room was large enough. It has everything you need. The bathroom was very clean.
The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately important information out of them, for example the free shuttle service to the airport and cost must be ordered before the shuttle. The internet in the room costs $11 per hour. The room cleaning was very good.
