We have at short notice this vacation booked. The price, for money is definitely guaranteed! In Egypt a four-star hotel not the standard of a German four star hotels rise, should not be known to anyone. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not the place to go. For us it was the perfect holiday with the family. I haven't vacation such a friendly staff, no matter whether at the front desk, by the pool, at the bars or in the restaurant. I can only say is not the first choice, is a nice beach holiday is here completely wrong! Price-performance not appropriate, on the beach you have to about four euro furs beer pay! Minibar in the room cost money! Since you are an OBS all-inclusive hotel is. The two beaches which are offered by the hotel are far away and a disaster! So much for a beach holiday. Food is so-so, room is deleted! The is never a four stars! Bottom line is simply money fast loosely and not-so-nice impressions to take home. This hotel I would recommend it to anyone ... Read more

hotel quite nice staff very helpful &very polite always ready to oblige our room was very nice & was cleaned to a high standard ; food was edible but not much variety it kept repeating itself :surrounding area outside hotel ok but five minutes up the road very dirty litter all over the place special mention for mohammed on reception very helpful young man

It is a hotel area with a vast tourists from England, Russia and Poland. We stayed as a 3 headed family the only German. Free time activities do not take place. The so-called GALA-food Christmas and new year's Eve despite all inclusive with 50,00 euros per person and drinks to be paid extra.
the value for money in the hotel area is true in any relationship.
Two beaches are equipped with a free shuttle bus to reach. But if you only after 10:00 o'clock to the beach, the pool chairs were mostly occupied since the places with 3 other hotels mus... Read more

For German guests unsuitable, since they were hardly Deutschkennise available are. The staff were cheeky and good service have done. Cable and mildew joints in the pool. Toilet by the pool (if any) cleaned once a week. Toilet broken all week. For a four-star hotel a lot to little choice and witnessed food. Pure disappointment! Also in Egypt 4 star not! Read more
