Actually a nice hotel, but with some flaws, at a four star hotel not expect:
-no à la carte restaurant (only in connection with previously booked half board)
-no hotel bar open
-the direct access from the hotel to the adjoining casino closed-you have to get dressed and the hotel
-Bathrobe (5 Euro cleaning fee), flip-flops (3 Euro per couple)
-any additional service (for example, foam of breakfast milk) only for a fee
There can be some beautiful days, if you don't feel ripped off so-you can tell, the management clearly on the ' Kostenbremse '... Read more

We found it as bad, one in the hotel restaurant did not eat spontaneously, but already on the day before had to register and when you want to eat. This didn't match at all to a four star hotel. Nice casino right next door. Read more

The hotel is very nice and clean, however, the hotel has the charm of a health clinic in former times. I have never visited a 4 star hotel with no hotel bar. Here to rely on the casino which is right next door and it is, but first is not for everyone in a casino and secondly, the casino no dress code, so there as a game room a atmosphere. The welcome to the hotel was a bit unfriendly and the reception is for a Viersternehaus also very small and only occupied by one person. The reception closes at 10pm till the next morning. A 30°C warm thermal and sauna. Very well maintained. Otherwise, the hotel is like a "ghost town". Everything is well maintained, but close enough to the hotel without passed by the front desk. Half board would only possible prior arrangement. After breakfast is nothing more open. The evening not yet cozy somewhere to drink or eat. You could the hotel with little effort at the Super location new "enliven". Read more
