Gastronomy in the hotel
We have just been recommended on Paolo Tullio’s website for our award winning food in Temptations Restaurant, so we are delighted with this accolade. I have included a snapshot of what they have said about our head chef Jonathan Keane on www.tasteofireland.com :

“The food at the Mill Times is some of the finest I have ever eaten. Jonathan’s menu and ability in the kitchen were a particular wow. This is a new restaurant, and to be this good so soon is also unusual. I predict that this will develop into one of the finest kitchens in the West of Ireland, and if you are in this part of the country a detour is definitely recommended”

All our bedrooms are en-suite and equipped with direct dial telephone, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, iron/ironing board and trouser press, wireless internet access

Excellent stay from the arrival and the lively reception team to our departure after an excellent breakfast. The evening meal in the bar was very good and the whole service team was first class. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I would certainly go back if in this area. Read more
