We are for the fourth time here and we will be going back next year, although the rooms slow look shabby to us but that's just the style of the hotel and we like it that way. The location on the river is great because you're just two minutes walk to the train station saphan Taksin or you can take the tourist boat up-river to see all the points of interest. What more can you write about Hilton. It is very well equipped, the staff friendly. But there are also points of criticism. We were picked up at six in the morning o'clock and it was not possible to get breakfast. That is absolutely ridiculous for a hotel of this category. The welcome was friendly but reserved and without a welcome cocktail. In Europe, I wouldn't recommend this hotel... In Thailand I smile the negative aspects away. Read more

We would not hesitate to stay here again...We had an executive room (the small extra charge is worthwhile!) and got a free upgrade to an executive suite. The executive lounge on the 31st floor offers a spectacular view and there is free drinks and snacks (all day). You can also have breakfast there and Wi-Fi Internet access is available free of charge. Since the hotel's own boat leaves about every quarter of an hour to the other side of the river, one is immediately in the middle of everything. The breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet in the evening was a dream, everything which the heart desired and you can eat breakfast right on the river terrace. We stayed on the 19. floor and had a breathtaking view of the river and it was a great experience in the morning and at night. During the next Thailand vacation, we will book this Hilton, because we were more than impressed. Read more
