The hotel is a good starting point for a nice trip after Amstersdam. It is located directly at the port and from the train station it is on foot in about 10 minutes to reach. The footpath to the center lasts about 15 minutes. In front of the hotel stops however the tram, the one directly into the town center drives. Very nice and clean hotel. From our booked standard room, we had a fantastic view over the city and the port! In 10 minutes you can reach easily on foot the city center from Amsterdam! The breakfast buffet is very delicious and the selection huge! As small Zusatzschmankerl the hotel has a small but nice sauna area!

My in short: for a city trip the hotel suitable. The location is great, everything is within walking distance or one of the hotel shuttle free of charge to main station city center. The breakfast buffet is more than enough and something there for every taste.
negative: on the restaurant floor there is no toilet! Cleaning staff has in our room never dusted! Over the staff you can say too many friendly except for some exceptions! Got this hotel on a last minute trip to Amsterdam so had little other choices, Nice hotel, good staff, good service, a little out of the city centre and walking on a windy day can be a drag, but there is a tram stop across the hotel that will take you to central station and beyond.
