We were with the hotel actually very satisfied, until we have a taxi and US the hotel-Limousine service was offered, supposedly for the same price. The bill came when we arrived the 3 Fache from usual taxi. Also after a complaint we were again lied to. I think that this is not the service and Touristenfreundlichkeit! A great shame. Read more

A good hotel, for those on a city break recommendable nonetheless. About 300 meters to the subway and tram. Six stations with the tram or three subway and you are in the center. Many options for shopping nearby, a big department store with about 100 stores in the underground station, there was a Italian restaurant, good and not as expensive. (in Prague are the eateries usually cheaper than with us).

Otherwise give the rooms a nice atmosphere - very generous size, absolutely everything was very clean, and the equipment as (kettle, fridge, have enough glasses, comfortable double bed, safe, TV with lots of German channels, telephone, internet access, air conditioning, closet, generous Kofferablagefläche, carpeted floors, hairdryer, plenty of towels, shiny fixtures, sufficient water pressure, bathrobe on request, on the premises Bad) .
