For professional reasons I booked this hotel. I was very satisfied. Especially the friendliness and the dealing with complaints was very good. The room was the short time completely enough. The facilities compared to other hotels in Zurich was very good. Bathrobe, slippers, iron and ironing board and iron, free internet access, down comforter. Good hotel for city trip, free shuttle bus several times daily from the hotel to the main station (also very many shops).
Nice and clean rooms, food very expensive and very small portions.

Let's start with service in the restaurant and the bar.
The hotel was very busy during my stay.
So I thought, that the staff with large rushes to the bar come your way around. Non-Existent.
During the day too little staff at the bar. Despite the good weather was the outdoor area to 2/3 closed. As a person not to use it. A Shame.
In the evening partly too third and fourth.
But the waiters mehrkt very quickly the stress and the friendliness left on the way.
It is also a pity, that mix always to be mixed.

The hotel is in a good location to the airport and offers thus best traffic connections of any kind. As a place to stay for a flight or a city break 'Zurich area' in the best way suitably, since one fast with public means of transport in the city center of Zurich is. My room was on the tenth floor. This was very spacious with all amenities of a five stars hotel one expected (flat screen tv, mini-bar and so on), there was also a seating area and a separate desk. The problem started upon check inn, they give us a stinky smoking room and i requested a non smoking room, they wanted us to move to another building with old furniture and lower standard, they also didnt tell us about the free internet they have and wanted to charge us for it, Parking is also chargeble, noting is free in this Hotel and the Management is playing tricks with guest so be ware oft the hidden extra charges, and the different room categories, look for another Hotel that appreciate customer and dont try to trick you!
