In this hotel one must simply be comfortable. All Andestellten are friendly, a great clean garden, as well as the beach in an immaculate state. Many Liegenvorhanden, as well as sun screens. You get a wonderful space for 'relaxation'. What the participant Sonja writes, that the service slow, I can't understand, what other guests also not confirm could. To criticize is only the relatively few varied, lukewarm, ideenlose, Geschmackslose food. After a meeting with the chef could in the next weeks something move. We found the service excellent in all areas of the hotel and in particular the Captains bar which is managed by Mahmoud and his team this was run like a ship, nothing was too much trouble and also refreshing in that no one expected a tip to get you a snack or a drink( In our vast experience of travel and staying in all inclusive hotels we often find that to get a waiters attention one has to be waving money at them) -this is certainly not the case in the Continental hotel -but when we find this kind of good service we always ensure that we tip individuals to show appreciation and also to reward the extra lengths some people go to make our stay special This is one of the hotels whose service and the enjoyable experience will ensure our return to the Continental in the future. - in July 11

In short the hotel offered us the perfect ingredients for our holiday - it has great immaculate service, wonderful personnel that were so friendly and helpful, great food, and wonderful facilities for all we look for in a relaxing and enjoyable break - great beach, a whole variety of water activities including a boat trip where we went snorkeling and saw some of the most amazing corals and fish (we evven caught sight of dolphins in the open sea that came to swim near our boat), parasailing over the coast of Hurghada and not to overlook the activities of the animation team in the hotel - water polo, volleyball to name a few. - in May 11
