(Almost) Everything perfect. Relatively big area, clean, guests from all around Europe.
Family room, which I booked, is a room indeed - there is no separation between parents and children tail. Apart from this - perfect.
Very friendly, willing to help. Language spoken is mostly English. No problems whatsoever.
Bes food I have ever had in Egypt.

The whole drain in the hotel ran on low flame; as at this time of 20% occupied!
During this time very lots of Russian guests.
The main meal was partly miserable.
The rooms are definitely Makeover worthy! At best 5 star hotel!
A tour operator from TUI was on site not found.

Contrary to the brochure information there was no buffet for lunch. Lunch had thus into the two pool-restaurants be taken. There was however only small snacks or fast food. Furthermore the seats in the pool-restaurants not enough. This resulted long waiting periods. Furthermore there was in the pool-restaurants all drinks only from plastic cups. Draught beer there were in the entire hotel not.
