We went as a group of 13 people in different ages (4 small children) and with different interest and we were all very satisfied with the stay.
We had some small problem with the rooms at arrival but they were solved exmplary with a very high service level from the staff. The staff was very helpfull in any kind of errend and very familiar which made the stay very special. In October we are 7 persons (2 children) arrived. The reception at 1:00 o'clock in the morning was very welcoming and you were quickly brought on its room! really nice hotel, but in comparison to allen surrounding hotels the smallest and least glamorous.
lounges are nicely furnished, but all have low ceilings and are nothing special bright, making it a bit uncomfortable. This is true especially in the dining room too.
