The staff in the lounge for a little peace and quiet it pays attention to it, if the non-smoking ban on smoking not comply. The advance payment on the check-in and in the bar you feel like you are a potential Dodger-and it is also more than annoying, if you are in the main lounge for everyone to order a drink/wallet pull the credit needs. Clean hotel conveniently located. U-train in front of the door. Friendly Staff. All in all, there was nothing to complain about. Breakfast 7, 50 Euro including wireless Internet access in the room. We had a room on the 9 floor facing the street beautiful view over Hamburg. Read more

Check-in, unfortunately it was also a bit delayed in this hotel, the location of the hotel is very good, quiet room on the upper floor, wishes of the guests is not right, it is a pity, because it was certainly stay on the top floors one room. Great and very stylish hotel with friendly service and clean rooms. Only two negatives: the stylish lounge is great for those evening drink, to the bar and lounge tables breakfasts but not ergonomically. And: the rooms offer everything, what you need-except for a telephone! Oh yes: you can walk from the main station in a quarter of an hour, but must therefor by the very dirty part of St. George. But the U1 stops right in front of the hotel! Read more
