New hotel on the edge of Bansko on the edge of the forest. Starting from two hiking trails. City center also a bit further away but still within walking distance. Mainly Bulgarian guests. Many families with children. Lobby with fireplace and bar. Free Wi-Fi access.
Nice clean, large room with balcony, bathtub.
Very friendly staff that have sufficient English language skills, that even man who is not Bulgaria lives, can survive. With a one-to-one bathrobe for the spa area available.

The location was on a very nice place near the slopes and the gondols.

The pool was ice cold, the sauna and the steam bath was as a well heated normal place (not at all a SAUNA - 40o C) and the worst thing the mini bus to the gondola station: every 1 hour and only 2-3 times totaly.
