Generally good hotel, however is the whole establishment on stay at a health spa than vacation without ailments aligned. There is in heviz two to three houses with better facilities and spa facilities.

A very good hotel with a very nice Termalbereich, separate sports area and separate children area. Staff competent and friendly. The food excellent. Heviz is a beautiful city, also small distance to the lake Balaton. We have been coming here for about 12 years in year (3a 4 times) to heviz, in all seasons. The wellness Hotel promised was everything in the brochure. The service staff was very friendly and courteous. The wellness, sauna and pool area was clean and spacious.

We booked the hotel with SpA, was a mistake, applications in the pre-paid, excellent treatments less than specified. When you book in locally bay is cheaper and better. The hotel is OK, but the service at the front desk was bad, no information. You have to ask for everything. No drinking at
Checkin. two days later found a guided tour through the hotel instead.
