We had a great stay at these apartments, very clean and quiet, and the heart of sunny beach was just 5mins walk. There's a resturant there which has a great selection of foods at good prices, plus the beer is 1.80Lv (85p)!
Also we were suprised it had 6 swimming pools which was great as they were very quiet during the day, and its right opposite the aqua park! Even it had a supermarket and small gym (not as if used it of course!)
