We had a deluxe-gartenbungalow. the state of the hotel and the area is in need of renovation and not well maintained. The size of bungalow is adequate. Bed sheets and towels were regularly exchanged. the cleanliness the bungalows have better can be. The breakfast was the 'pure weight', there was 4 menus to choose from, always 2 toast and either 2 boiled, 2 mirror-, 2 scrambled eggs or omelet, a muesli with 2 toast you could choose. Everyone knows in the meantime,'three stars' in Thailand a other Important than in Germany. Our garden-bungalow was the price accordingly perfectly reasonable, with a brilliant sea view. The minibar (everybody knows, that expensive) we have dealt with and our own Inventories( drinks) given. We are frequent travellers and because of the pictures and review decided to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately were not the reality. The hotel area consisted of musty, shabby and rotten smelling rooms. At the time of our stay there were 2 couples in the entire area (the me connect-). the cleaning staff attempted from the bad situation or condition of the bungalows the best show. the complex is a little bit in a down managed condition. The bungalows are freshly renovated, you daily of staff of the hotel and building workers was to be heard. the staff were partly polite and tidy. Praise-worthy I found the cleaning staff. for breakfast you can only say, that this was a disgrace. If you are just there or 2 3 days, it was tolerable. We spent two nights there, we at short notice booked. The complex is within walking distance from the maenam-pier, where the boats dock to reach of KOH phangan, because a river divides the way along the beach. On the ring road, where there are opportunities for shopping, restaurants and taxis, is about a five minute walk. The resort has a great location on the beach, offers comfortable loungers by the pool and under the palm trees on the beach. Here the front of the hotel is the restaurant/breakfastfront desk.
