Old houses restructured in small hotel, typical of England. Of course not with modern hotels to comparisons (narrow stairs, no elevator). Is however friendly, cozy, and charming. Read more

Nice little hotel, right in the middle of Kemptown, just a few minutes walk to North Lane, the Lanes ( old town) and the sea. Nice restaurants and pubs close by. The rooms were very clean. Dissapointed by the location of the room, was on the top floor and view was of a wall approx 1 metre away from the windows therefore very claustrophobic and the rate for this room did not appear to be any cheaper.
