This was our second stay in this hotel. 2010 we were in May there, as it was still red roof in Manhattan. The location and the standard of the hotel left us it again. It is conveniently located in the 32. Street near fifth avenue, within walking distance you could reach the Macy's and the Penn station. The rooms are really small, are provided with but a private bathroom, what new York is not self-evident. A room changing right after check in was not a problem. The hotel has 17 floors with about 80 - 100 rooms. The hotel itself is in good condition and clean. The rooms are spacious (for NYC) and also clean. cleaned daily: fresh towels (in large quantities) and the bed was always made with fresh sheets. included in the price was a "continental breakfast", consisting of toast, bagels, cereal, cream cheese, butter, jam, coffee, tea, and fruit. The hotel is clean and modern. It is a New York typical high-rise with about 25 floors. There were all age groups from child to retirees in the hotel to visit.
The rooms were small but adequate. There were two queen sized beds, a table and chair, fridge and microwave and a TV was available. The bathroom had a bathtub, a toilet and a sink, but everything very cramped. The room was clean.
The check-in and check-out was possible without a problem. The room cleaning was clean, daily towel change. The staff was very friendly.
