The hotel in general
Namib Guestfarm Onduruquea is about 15.000 hectares in size and is closely situated to the Erongo Mountains. More than 20 different game species live here, such as giraffes, zebras, blue and black wildebeests or warthogs.
The farm is managed by the Sibold family and we have seven employees in total.
Onduruquea offer ten double bed bungalows, five large camp-sites (300m² each site) as well as a luxury tent for accommodation.
Hotel location
Onduruquea is situated 240 km northwest of Namibia’s capital Windhoek and can be easily reached by car in 2.5 hours. The two small towns Omaruru and Karibib are both in close proximity to our farm. It takes approx. 2.5 hours to get to the coast, for example Swakopmund.
Service at the hotel
Guests particularly like the genuine hospitality and the pleasant, familiar atmosphere on our African farm. This is one of the reasons why so many of our guests return year after year.
Gastronomy in the hotel
Each day, Monika Sibold and her kitchen team will spoil you with a variety of delicacies from the German-African cuisine. To round off an extraordinary day, different home-made game dishes promise to be a real treat.
Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
The guests can look forward to enjoying a huge swimming pool (48m²), a sauna, a reading tree situated under grand, shady trees, extensive walking trails, an illuminated water hole, a boules court, adventurous game drives, and much more.
More than 20 different game species live here, such as giraffes, zebras, blue and black wildebeests or warthogs, and approx. 313 different birds have been identified. You will find numerous typical Namibian trees and plants on Onduruquea as well.
You can also be spoiled by various massages and make use of our wellness programs.
From the farm, you can go on many interesting excursions and day trips. For instance, you can visit Omaruru, the Living Bushmen Museum of the San, the guest farm Ameib or go to Spitzkoppe.

We have felt ourselves on the farm Onduruquea namib guests very well. The good, taste full food is particularly praise-worthy. Nice was also, the meals with the family S. taken together.
