The hotel is deserving the highest evaluations. Hotel is very clean inside and outside also. employees of the hotel are having high standards of cleanliness. everyone for the worker are very kind and polite.rooms are clean and equipment in working order There is a market connected to the hotel with a jewellers, internet cafe, clothes store and a shopping market which sold food, alcohol, cigarettes. ok guys u must go an stay here the staff an locals really look out for you as long as you know how to smile an play along with them you will be looked after i have been in 2008 then 2009 an 2010 an now 2011 its my 2nd visit they work so hard to give you the best service possible an working long hours they just aim to deliver an give the consumer what they pay for i have had no problems so far this is a place for people of all ages its clean an tidy an the food is great as well something for every one be it old be it young an if you want to be pampered then treat yourself to the hamam on site they are good in thierthe transfer time from the airport is long but if you can then split the cost between the passengers an get yourself a private taxi it will get you thier much more quicker even the shuttle you wont mind as the staff will make your stay worth whileif you have a problem then dont just sit down an moan like some people do on holiday get up an talk to someone about it as they are very helpful an will do all they can to make your holiday a memorable an enjoyable experince. - in May 11
