Das Hotel liegt zentral in Arco, alle innerstädtischen Bereiche sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der erste Eindruck war eher schlecht, weil die Fassadenfarbe abbröckelt und einige Buchstaben des Hotelnamens abgefallen sind. Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption wirkte auf uns unterkühlt bis unfreundlich. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Bad entsprach einem guten Standard.
