Landlord prefers to invest in parties, as in his establishment. If one touches on it then he reacts very aggressively. We were personally there, when he had problems with other German guests, and he even called the tourist police to help. Guesthouse is located, very quiet and right on the beach, friendly service, kitchen great, host speaks fluent German, English...
