We had a fantastic vacation. The personal really tried to make you feel at home. In this hotel you are not a custumer but you are a guest.. Special was the care given by the reception. Emre did his very best, if there was a problem, he took care of the solution.
The food was very good,the people that work in Sultan are always very very friendly. We certainly will go back there !!! Read more

Wonderful complex, several pools, water slides, 2 beaches, sun Terraces, enough chairs both on the complex, as well as at the beach. There are both animation, as well as quiet places. Several restaurants and bars, where lunch dishes. The standard rooms are big enough, the bathrooms however small and partly. We enjoyed our one-week stay at the Club Sultan Paloma we really enjoyed. Everything was great: service, food, friendliness of the staff... The complex is huge, you have to be able to walk well or with the small 'house' E-cart ride... The evening entertainment was-of the late travel time area-not so outstanding. The Hotelelanlage is very spacious. the rooms are over the entire area halbkreisartig around the beach distributed. Always 8 rooms in a 2-story stand-alone building. some rooms are also in the main building. complaints were handled immediately by the front desk. Room change was immediately possible. After a day as always in Turkey male staff looks the ladies always the ladies always be rather rude men. Otherwise a very good Hotel.
