A large, wonderful designed complex in the mangrove swamp. Wonderful vegetation, by a mob of gardener in shot is kept. We booked royal service with oceanfront. The Genussgefühl begins with a'breakfast in the breakfast room royal services.' small but sweet' off the beaten track from Hunz and Kunz, unfortunately partly no table-and behavior at the table possess. this hotel-complex is the total Hammer- one-time nice with a toplocation the beautiful sandy beach. The hotel has completely fresh renovated bungalows with high standard. wonderful complex on a massive area. You are in 2 story bungalows, which is harmoniously located in the subtropical vegetation paste.
the rooms (junior suites ) are or are currently renovated and are provided with some have jacuzzi on the balcony as well as a rain shower.
almost all services are all inclusive.
the guest structure was international (Americans, Canadians, South Americans, Europeans )

Room A/C did not work. Mosquitoes had a feast on my 6 month old baby and ants were all around drawers. Maintenance did not resolve issue, but rather reported that "the standard A/C temp is 72-72F". Front desk didn't seemed bothered by this and refused to move us to another room claiming to be overbooked.
Worst experience in a DR hotel.
Once again, no A/C and infestation problem. Did not slept well
Horrible.Good service in Reserve section. Laundry service took 2 days
Typical so-so food. You'll be tired by 3rd day

As the title says, it this hotel was in good memory. From check in to the check out we were in good hands. "The reserve" I have enjoyed it very much. Everything very modern and luxurious. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The concierge was our needs very well received. The other resort area outside of the reserve is my first impression. A variety of gardeners, for example to maintaining the huge grassy areas looked after every day. My wife had the photographer coming to the room to take photos of her getting ready and the room was barely cleaned in time even after making several calls throughout the day to ask them to come.
