In our region you find mild a South Alpine Mediterranean climate, friendly people and the lush vegetation you would expect to see much further south: palms, olives, cypresses, figs, chestnuts and a lot of wines and fruits. The temperatures are about 30°C in July and August, in wintertime about 5°C and less. The water-temperatures of the lake are about 24°C in summertime. So it’s completely perfect for swimming.
Hotel location
Parc Hotel is surrounded by green orchards and vineyards. However, as it is only 10 km from Bolzano, the capital of our region, it is conviently situated for the airport.
Service at the hotel
Your holiday at our Parc Hotel, Partner of the Leading Wellnesshotel Belvita since 2005, will be one of rest and recreation or an active holiday, the choice is yours. In the park in front of the hotel you can enjoy the magnificent view on the lake. The new relaxation-area is occupted with a finnish sauna, turkish baths, hot-whirlpool and a massage service.
Gastronomy in the hotel
The á-la-carte restaurant and the terrace restaurant give you the possibility to enjoy the typical italian kitchen and specialities from the region. There is a great choice on the breakfast buffet and on the menu for guests with half-board.
Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
There is also a fitness club for our more sportive guests. The Parc Hotel provides the opportunity for you to enjoy summer sports: swimming and sunbathing on our private beach, sailing, boating, windsurfing, cycling on well-marked trails.

All our 40 rooms are comfortable double with an impressive view of lake Caldaro, which is the warmest lake in the Alps. All these rooms are equiped with a private bathroom, balcony or terrace, television, telephone, minibar and double divan. We also have a number of suites available for family groups.
