The hotel lies in the immediate area the UN centre and the underground station Kaisermühlen. One is with the U1 after 5 stops in the city center.
Our room 402 was very comfortable and faced the side street out. Free parking hotel's own garage and Wi-Fi in the room were inclusive.
The staff at the reception was very friendly and accommodating and it gave us good tips for the städtebesichtigung. Also the other staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good and sufficient. For every taste something to be found.

The hotel is situated near UN buildings in modern part of Vienna - close to the subway station (about 100 m). It takes about 15 minutes to reach the city center and 5 minutes (opposite direction) to get to the big shopping center.
In the nearest neighbourhood the are no shops - except the petrol station. There are few restaurants nearby, but we didn't check them. We have only eaten supper in hotel restaurant (the variety of meals is not very diversified, but the quality, taste and prices are OK).
