Super nice and quite new wellness area (pool with granderwasser, 2 large Jacuzzis, plenty of comfy loungers with a view of the Matterhorn). Food was very good and much to do with theme nights( fishand meat-BBQ, Valais Käseabend, fondue chinoise, Gala dinner...), only for breakfast felt potatoes or hash browns missing, apart from that rich, fresh and tasty. Amazing food which is very tasty and plentiful.
Guests form all over the world - says it all !
Always immaculately clean and tidy and kept this way by the room staff who always have the most cheerful disposition. Once again, nothing is too much trouble for them to accommodate your requirements, should you have any.

THe Beau Site is located in the best position in Zermatt, and being elevated, enjoys the sun on it all day long.
THe hotel is large but not too large and has a dominant location overlooking Zermatt. It is always immaculately clean and has been upgrading all of it's facilities over the last few years making it the best hotel in Zermatt.
The service matches it's appearance yet is extremely friendly and relaxed. The guests come form all over the world to this fabulous hotel, to be pampered and spoilt by the staff.

The hotel has made more improvements - now it has rebuilt the kitchens and installed new food counters in the breakfast dinning room, complete with a new counter where you can have your eggs cooked to order - fried, scrambled or omelette with a choice of your selected fillings.
Afternoon tea now with a selection of fruit juices as well together with a selection of home made cakes.
