We spent a weekend in this hotel. All staff was very friendly and helpful. By remaining warsch put overbooking we did not receive our vorreservierten room, but two small, declared as double rooms, in the size of a single room. What did not work, the shower was with plastic curtain in the toilet. So close, the room as toilet was sufficient, without any additional ways to counter. A shame, because otherwise it pleased us there. Read more

I was already before the renovation-terrible experience! However, I was surprised at how good it is total managed! I had a room to the side of the hill-could sleep with opened windows lovely and quiet, no noise. In the summer as there is no air conditioning-I don't know. Staff from Eastern Europe, some with language problems. Otherwise friendly. Selection of the breakfast buffet is okay. If you don't stale coffee from the thermos-the is a problem! Read more

We had a room with a view of the Rhine. Great view. But you can hear the passing trains in the night very loud. The room was very, very small. Perhaps it is better start room with a view of the vineyards to book. Especially if it is hot. Otherwise you can open the Windows because of the noise in the night. The breakfast buffet was very good. Everything you could want. Also the view from the terrace overlooking the ships is very nice. If we are again in rudesheim then we will definitely stay here again. I would like to highlight the friendliness of the staff, very nice and accomodating. We had a room with Rhine view. If you're noise sensitive should take room with wine mountain views. Can you just open the window because of the train, which goes directly. Otherwise the tv in relation to the room too small.
Parking is not entirely happy, but fun. On the whole we would recommend it to others. Read more
