We have a double room standard reserved and when we arrived they told us they upgraded at a superior room! There were of course, Joy. You can tell that this hotel is already stayed longer but it has charm, is clean and nice and warm. In the room it has underfloor heating which I appreciated. Recommendable hotel! One of the most beautiful, comfortable TENs hotel in Meiringen. Read more

All in all, an unpleasant encounter! Unprofessional run hotel, which was due to the long and interesting history have a good basis. The saying ' the guest is king' is definitely in unknown. Our room was with torn apart Fitted carpet and simplest furniture equipped. The bathroom (with bathtub) was about three years thirty. Conclusion: for those room just an impertinence. Read more

We were 1 day before arrival because of overbooking of the hotel and on different hotels. Despite the lower quality of the full price. Very unfriendly and rude treatment after we protested. First after threat of moving we were given a small discount.
The vorbestellte dinner for the whole group (about 30 people) was unlovingly presented and tasted like bad food from the cafeteria! Read more

I requested a room for smoker and-this, however, is far below the average of the house. These are obviously in this hotel-as usual-is now generally welcome. Within the framework of a business trip well tolerated, well.
Very good is the commitment of the staff-for us it was a hike and other activities organized-very nice and competent.
On the whole a beautiful hotel-if the slightly higher average age of the guests didn't bother us. Read more
