Nice, elegant hotel with wonderful stylish lounges, in which families with children as well as Seniors alike feel. Indoor and outdoor pool generous and very well maintained. Food and wine at a high level. Hotelier family and staff very accommodating. The rooms overlooking the Dolomites. Ideal also the free 'rode card', with the public transport and museums in South Tyrol as well as the cable car to Bolzano free used may be. Read more

A wonderful hotel with flair and history. Lovingly in detail and with a great pool (the unfortunately very chlorinated was). For ambitious skiers and has to upper Bolzano the neighborhood little, for children it is OK, but with the car about 15 minutes away. The decor of the room is quaint and charming, the bed (2 twins beds) crack but annoying. Conclusion: the Holzner is not cheap, but for people, the value on style and flair are worth a visit. The Parkhotel Holzner is only to be recommended. Above all with children! The service is first-class, the ambiance superb! The food is on the highest level prepared. Everything has the price. I have always stayed on the Jugendstil side of the hotel, every room having access to a private balcony or terrace, and glorious views across the lawns and valley to the Rosengarten Dolomites.
