If you are looking for a room in the middle of summer, is good service here. However, the hotel is getting old. The carpet in my room was in very poor condition. It should be noted, that nebenau shopping center is just an old torn down. Dirt and noise until late in the evening. A visit to the restaurant 18. We were only 1 night in this hotel, since we have a big celebration in the restaurant, which is located right on the top floor of the building, had.
The room was old, relatively smooth and musty. But for one night it was okay. About cleanliness there was nothing to complain about at least.
Check-in and check-out was fine as far as. But please No smoking room, even if they are cheaper (it smelled heavily of stale smoke and you can sleep with the windows open.

The hotel itself is nothing special. It is located in a office building, whose shopping arcade on the ground floor is very strange points, although it's in the middle of the shopping kemptener.
Everything was very clean and the rooms are huge. For my taste a bit too big even, to get to work. Half would be sufficient. But a defect is not. Very positive was the breakfast.
