Location of the hotel on the lake is unique, the food (at least the dinner) is excellent, you could have bad luck at the breakfast: there is apparently nothing refilled (then there were no cold cuts and no eggs more); the staff as a whole seemed strange unmotivated or uninspiring: little warm atmosphere at the check-in was not at the service; room service was rather weak (not as the used shampoo/bath gel-bottles were replaced); the cleaning of the balconies of bird is obviously not an issue; rooms (roof suite) very dark and rather uncomforta...
