We probably felt immediately very felt at ease. A warm Welcome, leadership in our very spacious Room.
in terms of size already different, everything, which we required was available or was immediately on our room brought!
especially friendly, attentive, windchimes on our room was immediately easily reversed. cleaning of the rooms perfect.
Annaberg-Buchholz itself is a short trip and in the Ore Mountains you will always find something new. Day trips to Dresden and even Leibzig the waldschlösschen from Easy to realize.

From the outside the hotel appears to be really like a small castle, with its approximately 30 rooms neither too large nor too small. In the lobby with the front desk are comfortable Seating areas and a large desk. At the reception and guest room borders a large, light winter garden with great views. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path on the edge of the town. Without Navi I would have found it. Whether it is accessible to people with physical handicaps, is doubtful. Parking spaces are available. The town center is about 20 minutes one. Nice service, as far as possible the fulfilled all expectations. The selection of drinks could be better. The breakfast is good and wide. The room was large, there was no special features. Next time I am love to stay there again. Read more

- The host a celebration you can make good, also the Hospitality ( food and clearing) was good Negatives: - with the cleaning of the room were the Überwurfdecken thrown on the floor - the breakfast was kept to a minimum, the Joghurth was in Eisschalen and it seems that to be foreign, we were asked if we wanted as eggs and you'll pay extra to stay - the sauna in the spa was closed to the announced opening hours and cold - the 5th floor cost 4.
