The whole area was very large with a wonderful laid out garden facing the sea. The fairground is not only fun for the kids, but the adult very cheerful. The hotel is very nice and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. With the clearing of the plates are you very quickly... The pool area leaves nothing to be desired. The beach could be maintained! Sandaufschüttung would be great... From cleanliness no speech can be, state of the rooms extremely bad
Carpet full stains, mini bar wasn't filled. Cleaning staff abated for sleeping in not inhabited rooms, rather than the inhabited room cleaning. Balcony was not cleaned.
Initially good, afterwards bad. Staff spoke mostly only Turkish and Russian. When complaints from the animation staff lied, you attempted, the tour operator on his side too gets. Partly very unfriendly staff. Staff was in service not trained, laymen.

I liked the hotel overall very. As well as the friendliness of the front desk. Unfortunately, the music in the pool area during the day much too loud. Though in the meantime there has no music in disco volume would be, would increase the level. It was a very nice vacation, perfect hotel with children, I would go there again at any time. We stayed in the cottage in October there had hardly any Russians there, there were more German guests. I can only recommend it, want to come back next year. Read more

unfortunately, there were 95% Russians. This Hotel everything in Russian, from the entertainment, staff and so on food was so far good. Changing the bed sheets (every two days, hand towels were changed daily. Also on the beach you can say nothing so we have done a lot on our own, for us this hotel was nothing of the area, you should better go to side, there is still everything was within limits. Read more
