Pension Aviano is a small family run Pension in the city center of Vienna. You can reach all major and important Sights in a few minutes by walking.
Hotel location
The Pension is situated in the last two floors of an old Patrizian house with partly shops on the ground level and offices at the corner of Kärntnerstrasse and Marco d'avianogasse.
From the entrance on Marco d'avianogasse you take the elevator up to the last floor, where you find the Reception. Rooms are facing either the lively Kärntnerstrasse, Marco d'avianogasse or the Square Neuer Markt. Some of them are facing the courtyard and are more quiet.
Service at the hotel
We are a small house with no lobby, no confrencehall, no fitnessroom but with a lot of time to look after all your needs personally.
Gastronomy in the hotel
We offer a buffett breakfast with various sorts of breads and rolls, juices, sausages, eggs, fruits, joghurts, cereals and sweet pastries.
Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
No sports to offer, ecept a walk up the stairs to the sixth floor.

All rooms are furnished in old viennese style with carpet, Shower, Wc, TEl, Tv, Minibar, Safe, Make-up mirror, hairdryer. Free wifi in all rooms.
We have 3 different categories for the doublerooms and in the larger ones we can provide up to two sofabeds. We also have 3 twinbedderooms and two singelrooms.

Super centrally located directly on the Carinthian street, two minutes walk from St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Kaisergruft at the new market right outside the door. U-train station St. Stephen's Cathedral, exit Carinthian road in the direction of the Opera House, fourth Street on the right. The Inn is located in a beautiful, old building.

In the centre of the main sights Wien within walking distance. Especially the balcony rooms are overlooking the Kärtnergasse (pedestrian) also due to the size to be highlighted.
The place for a short time or Baubelastung by P&C construction is not bothersome.

The restored in typical pension Aviano-& Franzl style Sissi. It is simply to stay in this place! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers everything to strengthen for an extensive tour of Vienna! The rooms are very spacious, clean and nicely equipped. Unfortunately, the entrance to the hotel was easy to be ignored (the entrance is the bar Glaskubus rice covered) and marked not ideal. All in all this is a great hotel Aviano, which one can only further recommend! We'll be back for sure! Read more

A small, sweet, Chintzy hotel as the women! All in red, pink, beige tones, super nice and large rooms and very nice staff.
The breakfast room is small, but again very personally. In the summer you can have breakfast on the small balcony. There is a variety of brochures available, so that the plan to create the breakfast ☺!
