The room was very large and could have fit into the castle schönbrunn (we booked a classic room). The only complaint are the leaky Windows-noise sensitive people, since the room was facing the main street.
The breakfast was wide and well.
The reception staff was super helpful and advised us all kinds of Tips & tricks with. Even with the next emergency pharmacy could serve us.
All in all the pension baronesse is for a city break due to the good traffic connections very recommendable also. Read more

We can recommend the pension baronesse with a clear conscience. It is very nicely equipped, romantic and just perfect to Vienna. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The (we think) hotel owner plauscht love time at the breakfast and always has designed many of the recommendations, as the day. The tag on the breakfast table, at which the current weather forecast and excursions for the day, I found very helpful. You should just be careful, what kind of room you book. Perfect hotel for city trip, also with children. Extreme friendliness in the breakfast room. Bombastic breakfast buffet, the leaves nothing to be desired. Tram station in the immediate vicinity (100 meters!). Very large rooms, decorated in typical Viennese style-very consistent. Highlight for the kids was the historic lift and bench with grate! The hotel is in a good position, and is very well connected with the center of the city but also with the surroundings, for example Shonbrunn and Prater (At the stop Praterstern-Wien Nord you can take the metro suburban "Schnellbahn" S7 that connecting airport: it is a service quickly and cheap).
