Room and balcony ok, bathroom below average. In the bathroom poor lighting. Mini-bar, telephone, safe and air conditioning. Shower and hand towels have Reibeisenqualität. Staff probably without training in the hospitality industry, partly unfriendly except schnippich. Competence zero, not in a position to simple questions surroundings, excursions and transport links to answer any questions. In the restaurant service, average food has to 60 % not to our liking.
