The guest house with a handful of rooms is located in a small villa and very close to tram and airport. For an overnight stay, when you for example as we have a later flight having regard to Dresden had, very suitable and pricewise fair.
we had a double room, room 3, on the ground floor, with breakfast for 55 euros per night. 23 hours after the arrival was safe and wired owned key.
we had just a clean rooms. Carpet, bathroom, tables, chairs, double bed, large closet, high ceilings, warm heating. For one night absolutely sufficient and good.

This hotel in Dresden is very recommendable. It is very close to the tram and 15 minutes from the centre of this. The rooms are all in very good and new condition and very clean. The food was very good. In this hotel I will check in again if I go back to Dresden come. Of Dresden we have not seen everything we wanted to see. In the opinion of the reviewer, the check-in process was extremely smooth. The breakfast was plentiful and is highly recommended. Price and achievement are correct.

Thank you very much for the nice days of 22. -25 March 2010 in your pension. It is located in one of the villas of Dresden areas.
Free parking is available on-site. Easy check-in and check-out. You can reach the city center in 15-20 minutes comfortably with a few meters from the hotel driving tram (better than parking in the city center). We stayed in a room on the side, the tram didn't bother us, the traffic was minimal at night. The rooms are clean and comfortably, equipped with tv, the bathroom with shower is adequate and clean.
