Our house combines privacy and comfort, and we put a great effort on making your holiday an unforgettable one.
Hotel location
Our family runned house is locadet in the center of Uttendorf with a beautyful view over the village, the lake and the mountains. Uttendorf is in the center of the National Park Hohe Tauern and the pefect place to start you mountain tours in summer and to reach several ski areas within 10-20 minuts drive by car in winter.
Service at the hotel
We can book our guests differnt kinds of massages and treatments in our partner house. Our house is a partner of the new build Tauern Spa in Kaprun we offer our guests 10% reduction.
Gastronomy in the hotel
In the morning we serve a huge breakfast buffet and in the evening we serve a 3-couse menu.
Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
We offer for our guests a big garden with sunbathing area and playgroud for the kids and in the house a play room with TV, libary with a lot of tips for you next mountain tour, pool table, dart, tabletop soccer, computer with internet and also W-Laan free of charge.
After a perfect day of skiing or hiking you can find relaxation in our sauna area with soft steam bath, infrared vital cabine with light therapy, relaxing area with special athomsphere and wellness music.

* The annex "Gästehaus Nill" offers also double rooms as well as spacious appartements with a small kitchen and sitting area

The room was a little dated, but clean. Washbasin not bathroom, but in the room.
bathroom 3 feet. In order to warm waterin the shower to get, you had to go through the water tap 5 minutes before volume. From the washbasin came only lukewarm water.
