Make yourself comfortably at home.
Our holiday farmhouse is located in a marvellous position in Neustift in the Stubai valley. Surrounded by green meadows in summer and white, snow-covered fields in winter, our guesthouse offers a fantastic view of the Stubai mountains. Our rooms and apartments are arranged with taste and great care for every detail . In our well-equipped modern spa you can relax body and mind while our little guests enjoy themselves in the playroom. Come and spend unforgettable holidays on our farm in the Stubai valley.

The B & B Ladestatthof in Neustift in the Stubai valley is 1 kilometre from the town centre. You can reach Neustift in 2 minutes by car or in 10/15 minutes on foot. Our house is in a quiet location on a hill, about 50 metres off the main road, surrounded by meadows.

Snow guaranteed from October to June. The surrounding skiing resorts and the Stubai glacier, the toboggan runs and cross-country ski runs offer everything you may desire for your dream holidays. FINALLY IT‘S BACK AGAIN!!!
In the summer we organise a homy BARBECUE EVENING for our guests once a week. On our sun terrace we come together and enjoy some good meat and sausages of our area together with delicous salads and various sauces and dips.
Don’t worry, if you are vegetarian:
tasty vegetable skewers and grilled cheese are waiting for you.

Beautiful, newly furnished guest house
Breakfast was normal the quantity, and the only came when you called the hostess :-(because the twists in the secondary room), therefor is the homemade jars käs and fresh herbs very good.
The room was newly decorated and clean, and the price of €25, -with breakfast tshirts jumpers. PS: the (fesche) hostess was so nice, because 1 day before we drove home (not because of the hotel, but private reasons) as agreed, not to match. Summary: nice pension-cheap-recommend.

Friendly, bright and clean place! Very friendly staff/manager! Beautiful sauna area; in particular with towel service! Very delicious and vollwertköstiges breakfast (meh. Cereals, homemade jams, homemade cakes and bread, bread service for condo, possibility of cheap food order for dinner/income at the hotel, fresh cow milk from the stable) and much more affordable and that all in reasonably priced under!

From the outside and inside the main building is located about 150 meters attractive behind green meadows on a slight hillside. Thus very good by car reachable. Parking spaces directly before the pension are sufficiently present and ideal as arranged, the luggage dis aden immediate in the field of ski cellar and the staircase to the rooms can be done.
In the ski cellar with a ski boot-heating dries the sport equipment ideal way night and everything is in the morning nice dry and pleasantly warm.
