This is the lowest category for a place to stay. I had to stay there, since the other hotel, I have made a reservation in advance, was overbooked and didn't give me alternative vernüngtige offered. So I decided the cheapest in the city center with private bathroom booked. The hotel is centrally located, opposite Plaza de Armas, the area is okay, the is however the only positive thing.
