Pension Sonderbichlhof

Have three wonderful days spent in Waltraud on the Sonderbichlhof. There were a lot of hiking (walk to the right from the hotel platzlwirt) and the Tyrolean cuisine enjoyed. The rooms are big enough and nicely equipped in a modern style. The wellness area we didn't used, as the weather was fantastic, but cold, rainy days this is a great alternative to the vacation to enjoy. The Wohunung got was like the pictures on the website do not match. We parents had a very tough sofa bed, balcony door was therefore only on. With longing we think of our beautiful days in Sonderbichlhof in Waltraud and Joerg back. The family-friendly pension with an overwhelming view of the Zillertal mountains are in very pleasant memory. Despite bad weather Waltraud has given many tips for us with the kids and the area has a lot to offer (silver mine, planetarium, Dampflockfahrt, Kaesemolkereibesuch etc.) the breakfast was really delicious and in a very nice atmosphere. An extremely calm farm, very well held with an almost custom made breakfast including home-baked bread and cakes. Although small the room had everything you need, with mountain furniture, private modern bathroom and balcony. Owner extremely kind, willing to fulfill all your needs, and with a lot of humour. Ask for the local production of spirits, herbs and jams. To die for. Just a couple of kilometers from the beautiful town of Fügen, and only a few miles from places like Alpbach and Mayerhof.
