Pentahotel Vienna ex Falkensteiner Palace Wien

For us new-Christmas away from home-but Penta in Vienna we felt welcome. Nice staff, nice, clean rooms and a friendly and modern design. The PENTA lounge we found to be very pleasant, openness, the cozy seating areas. Billiards we can play but unfortunately not, but already read. For two nights in Vienna, in Penta used. Everything was newly renovated, very charming as I think. Rooms are large and friendly. Bottle of water as a greeting from the house. All in all a good impression. The ladies and gentlemen at the breakfast buffet and at the front desk (which one must find only once) were unfortunately plenty overwhelmed most of the time. super stylish hotel in a very casual quarter! Service and willingness to help the staff is excellent, no matter what I asked, I get a great information. The breakfast buffet is a dream, it has everything the sparkling wine on various teas and coffees, pancakes, jam, eggs, bacon absolutely amazing and I can only say the service was prompt and friendly! Lounge is managed... Something different... Great drinks... It had great fun and the staff was great. Room great. Finally where I could use my iPhone and could hear my music...! We will be back! ... At the entrance in the hotel we had this' wow effect '... It pleased us directly and we were very glad, that our original hotel was overbooked... All in all, we liked the hotel, but with restrictions may apply. It is rather for younger guests (up to 40. LJ) without children and with lots of love for trendy decor. There is no fixed front desk but only a ' Mitabfertigung ' at the bar, so that occasional Shortage (also young, not always enough trained staff) it unnecessary hardship situations can. Read more
