The hotel had certainly seen better times. At the moment, and that makes it was under construction at this stage not recommended.

Impressively is the excellent location! Just a few minutes walk from the steffl or from the Hofburg Imperial palace, the main sights are easily within walking distance. Nearest underground station on the Stephan's square, direct connection to the Western train station (U 3).
It is on the top floor and Innenhot currently being remodeled, but we experienced very little noise. The room went to the HABs burger Lane, no through traffic, the constant (except for few taxis, cabs and minibuses) and especially no outdoor seating, so we had a good nig... Read more

Very nice hotel in direct prime old town location with elevator. Most sights are reachable on foot. Good public transport connections (underground, train, bus). Unlimited shopping; restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity.
Nice and competent staff, good breakfast buffet and wide, free internet.
Large double rooms of the 'deluxe category' with a nice 'altwiener' decor. The bathroom was bright and clean.

The stars are not justified 4. All in all, disappointing, the staff could compensate for the lack of ambiance is more friendliness. Room and bathroom are in need of renovation, the service was very baufälli. The only good thing is the central location. Nevertheless, we would not recommend this hotel further. Read more

You can see the pension age and I know exactly where it honestly refers four stars. We paid ~,160 euro/night with breakfast and find, that despite the very good location is exaggerated. The water in the sink ran not good, whereupon the plug and I hochhob I very much regret that many long black hairs from previous guests showed up ☹ The room was okay, although wall lamps very appetizing and partly pulled affected 'Kopferl' hang from the left.
