The Pineta Hotels Nature Wellness Resort is the first Resort, certified Ecolabel in Trentino Alto Adige in Italia. The Resort is proud to offer you peace and quiet, revitalizing and unforgettable holiday, beneath Nature protection. Created in 1992 in Europe, this green label had the mission to promote ecological products and services, which hits our environment at the minimum, from the conception to the utilization and recycling of the product or service, cheering (encouraging, pushing) to get consumers to act ecological, for our same future. Pineta Hotel Nature Wellness Resort chose to respect Nature, along with the hardest laws in respect of environment, to set in action both to either organizational and technical level, the measures directed to the prevention of the pollution and the constant improvement of the environmental aspects of our Resort, in order to guarantee a best quality of the life to our guests, collaborators and neighbours.

It’s definetely not easy to find a restaurant where the Chef is cooking by himself the typical “Mortandela” (kind of mix meats sausage) from the Valle di Non, is preparing the smoked speck ham, the cut and the work on the meats, is cultivating some vegetables, and is producing his own red wine.
If you are lucky he may propose you a private tasting in his own wine cellar dedicated to friend’s revel, to tasting of authentic products, last rampart to a rustic culture endangered.

The typical chalets, which form this little alpine village, are created in tune with the environment, according to the most innovative criterions of bio-construction. There are 2 apartments per chalet, about 70mq each arranged on one or two levels and independent. Comprehensive of kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, dining room, Stufa a olle (the typical alpine heating system), 2 double bedrooms, telephone, internet connection, alarm, TV colour sat, small safe, fridgebar, services with shower, hair dryer and makeup mirror.
Our kitchen will be pleased to prepare take away food for you to enjoy in cosiness of your “stube” the typical alpine room, or in the terrace of your chalet, or , on booking you can eat by the restaurant as well.
