My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.
We would definitely go back again to spend a holiday in playacapricho.
On my birthday, a birthday poster hung on the door and in the evening a waiter came with a bottle of sparkling wine. Read more

Front desk staff partly rude and not helpful, food was very monotonous (three weeks a sort of cheese and two or three sorts always the same sausage for breakfast), dinner unimaginative and lukewarm ., no drawers in the room, everything was tiled, the tables. Read more

A great place to stay if you like a quite peaceful resort (oh ps the beach is a mixture of sand and shingle but is fine for sunbathing - if you like walking you can head over to the nature reserve a couple of miles away.

The rooms were clean with large beds (and a fridge) also cleaned daily, the food is bufet style or if you go to the area at the rear of the dining room they will cook fresh meat or fish (choice of 3 types) as well as pasta or fries.

Our room was supposed to be air conditioned, the air conditioner was not working the room was as hot as an oven,tried phoning reception because of heat and also we were inundated with ants in the room we could not get a reply.

In the winter months were mainly German retirees in the hotel, the food was good, but the choice minimal (we know much better from this hotel),Since the airport has not been approached Almeria, in roquetas was very little going on,Hotel only 1/3 occupied, it was very quiet.
