We were for the first time in the hotel Playaverde and the seventeenth time in a hotel this hotel chain. Because of the bad reviews we had no high expectations and were totally surprised. In terms of location is in any case a rental car required. The hotel should urgently be renovated, but the complete staff with its friendliness and very good service it worth it. The hotel is technically not without defects, so burns partly in the hallways, only every fourth light (so you can also save electricity!), the breakfast and dinner is varied, the quality not always top, but otherwise acceptable. Read more

roof the reception area is in several places leaky, there were towels designed around the moisture absorbing.

Vermin in the room. There was a lot small Flies noticed, after poison injected was the fly after two days there again.

nice hotel area, the rooms really clean - only the food was a disaster! We had on the kanaren already worse hotels, but you could eat very good delicious and usually also' Canarian', which we love.
total disappointment therefore this time it was a good number of salads -most of them however 'from the glass or the mainland', apart from that there was a vegetables to choose from, the rest was from existing or batter meat and fish without any taste or with thick Roux mixed, undefinable stuff!
